RESERVATION // CANCELLATION POLICIES
No refunds, credits, or rebooks will be given for early departure or cancellations due to weather conditions, extenuating circumstances, or COVID-19.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. For summer season bookings (18th December to 31st January), the remaining balance is due by 31st October. During other times of the year balances are to be paid 30 days before arrival.
If you have paid in full and cancel within 30 days prior to arrival, you will not receive a refund. If you have paid in full and cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund.
Online bookings require a 100% up front payment.
While every endeavour will be made to keep you in your chosen site/cabin, we reserve the right to change this if the need arises.
CHECK IN // CHECK OUT
Check-out time is 10.00 AM.
Boom gate codes are automatically deactivated at 10.00 AM checkout.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM.
Failure to check-out on time will result in late charges. In the event where failure to depart disrupts the arrival of the next guest – the occupying guest can be fined up to $250.
RV’S // VEHICLES // CARAVANS
One boom gate code will be issued on arrival. This code will allow access for one vehicle only. All cars must be parked on their own site unless otherwise authorised by management. Codes are not permitted to be shared or exchanged.
Only 1 vehicle is allowed per site.
Parking on roads, landscaping, vacant sites and/or protruding into the street is prohibited and the vehicle will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Resort speed limit is 5 km per hour (walking pace). Please know that this is strictly enforced with zero tolerance. Failure to comply will result in eviction.
Drivers must obey street signs and the direction of traffic flow.
Tailgating is not permitted through the boom gate. The boom gates are CCTV monitored. Any vehicle tailgating will be reported as trespassing to the NSW police.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Sites are to be kept clean and orderly.
Campfires must be attended, under control at all times and only in fire pits. Campfires are permitted during Eurobodalla Shire Council approved times of the year only.
Smoking, vaping and drugs are strictly prohibited in all area of the resort.
Firearms, Lethal weapons, and fireworks are prohibited.
Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM.
Generators are prohibited.
Resort registrants are responsible for the conduct and safety of all of the occupants and invitees of their unit/vehicle/site in the resort.
Parents are responsible for their children’s behaviour within the Resort.
No bikes, scooters or skateboards are allowed in the pool area, the tennis court or the jumping pillow.
All visitors must register with the front desk when entering the resort.
Guests may not sell, rent out, advertise or offer services while in the Resort.
Resort guests are financially responsible for any damage to Resort property, intentional or accidental. Any costs for replacement to damaged property will be passed on to the violator. Wilful damage or defacing of Resort property will be cause for immediate eviction and prosecution.
Guests and invitees use the Resort facilities and amenities at their own risk. The Resort is not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather or catastrophic events.
Common courtesy will prevail between all persons in the Resort. Profane, abusive or threatening language or action directed at Resort personnel or other Resort guests is prohibited. Anyone engaging in such activity will be evicted from the Resort. Any guest whose actions interfere with the operation of the Resort will be evicted.
Resort management reserves the right to select our guests as well as the right to refuse service to anyone.
All garbage must be wrapped and placed in the bins provided. Bins are not to be removed from their designated locations. Recycling must be placed in the yellow bins provided.
Resort facilities are for paying guests only.
Abuse or ill treatment of any Resort staff will not be tolerated. Offenders will be evicted immediately.
Pool hours are 9 AM to 6 PM.
There is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. All persons use the pool at their own risk and are to comply with all POSTED RULES.
Nudity is not permitted. Individuals who are not “toilet-trained” must wear swimming pool approved diapers.
NO GLASS ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA. Broken glass will result in the pool being emptied and properly cleaned. Guests at fault WILL be responsible for these costs.
Management reserves the right to close the pool at its’ discretion.
Dogs and alcohol are not permitted to enter the pool area.
DOG POLICY (no other pets allowed)
Dogs must be registered at the time of booking. Restricted dogs, as determined by the NSW government, are not allowed in the Resort.
A maximum of two (2) dogs are allowed per site unless approved by resort management.
Owners are legally responsible for their dogs and injury or loss caused by their dogs.
Dogs must be on a leash and with their owner at all times.
Dogs are only permitted with guests staying on powered, unpowered, and ensuite sites.
Dogs are not permitted in the cottages at any time.
Excessive barking and/or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated. These behaviours may result in immediate removal from the Resort.
Dog waste must be immediately disposed of in the bins provided. Failure to do so will result in a $100 fine. Pet waste stations are placed throughout the park for your convenience.
Dogs are not allowed in the pool area, buildings, playground areas or courts.
Eurobodalla Shire Council’s dog policy for Handkerchief Beach is as follows:
24-hour off leash from 1 May to 31 October
1 November to 30 April dogs are allowed on or off leash before 9am and after 5pm.
All guests and vendors are responsible for abiding by Resort terms and conditions. Any person who fails to adhere to Resort rules and policies will be evicted from the Resort at the sole discretion of the Resort management. The management reserves the right to evict anyone for behaviour detrimental to the resort and its guests or for failing to observe the rules of the resort. The Resort reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
